Non-surgical tightening

Vaginal tightening at HOMMAGE is non-surgical and device-led. Which device is used depends on the tissue, on what you are trying to change, and on how much downtime you can accept.

The six

Viveve 1.0 and Viveve 2.0 — cryogen-cooled monopolar radiofrequency. Vaginal Thera — focused ultrasound. Revive. Vaginal Sonocare. And a vaginal pressure gauge.

Why the pressure gauge matters

It is the reason we can be specific. Pelvic floor tone is measurable, so the gauge gives a number before treatment and a number after it. Without that, a tightening result is whatever both parties agree to call it.

Quoting

Each device is quoted by shot count — Vaginal Thera at 600 shots, Revive at 450, Viveve 1.0 at 250, Viveve 2.0 at 350 — because that is what determines the coverage, not the session length.
