A skin clinic in Seoul, run for patients who fly in

HOMMAGE Clinic is a women's aesthetic medicine practice a three-minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul. Lifting, laser, skin boosters, body contouring and intimate care are held in one clinic, and every doctor here is a woman. This page explains how a visit works, what we treat, what it costs and how to get here — the questions people actually have before they book.

Medically reviewed by Dr. Park Yuna, Representative Director, HOMMAGE Clinic

How a visit works

Consultation first, and nothing decided on the day unless you want it

Korean aesthetic clinics see patients directly, without a referral. What differs between clinics is what happens after you walk in. Here it runs in five steps, in this order.

  1. First consultation

History and concerns reviewed at your appointment time, and the direction of treatment explained one-to-one — whether the question is skin or intimate care.

  2. Examination and tests

The doctor assesses the tissue and, where it is needed, gynaecological or dermatological testing is carried out before anything is planned.

  3. Planning and preparation

The plan is fixed, consent is taken, and the preparation for the procedure is done.

  4. Treatment

The procedure is performed by the doctor who planned it.

  5. Follow-up and aftercare

Progress is checked and aftercare is adjusted to what the skin or the tissue is actually doing.

Closed on Korean public holidays, including substitute holidays and Labour Day. If your trip falls near a holiday, message us before you book flights.

What we treat

Six axes under one roof

Lifting, thread lifting, body, skin boosters, laser and women's care. Planned together, because patients rarely arrive with only one of them.

Who treats you

Three doctors, all women

Every doctor at HOMMAGE Clinic is a woman. For intimate care this is not a detail — it is the reason most of our international patients choose us.

What it costs

Published, in won, before you fly

All prices are in Korean won and exclude 10% VAT. They are the clinic's list prices. What you will actually be quoted depends on the plan agreed at your consultation, and we would rather show you the list than make you ask for it.

Korea's medical tax refund scheme for foreign patients has ended. No tax refund is available on treatment at any Korean clinic, including ours. Any clinic still advertising one is quoting a scheme that no longer exists.

FAQ

Questions people ask before choosing a skin clinic in Seoul

Do I need a referral to visit a skin clinic in Seoul?

No. Aesthetic dermatology clinics in Korea see patients directly. You book, you come in, you are seen. A referral is only relevant for insured hospital care, which is not what this clinic provides.

Can I be treated on the same day as my consultation?

Often, yes. Energy-based lifting, skin boosters and filler can usually be done the day you consult. Surgery, anything that needs a test first, and course-based treatments cannot be finished in one visit. Tell us how many days you have in Seoul and we will plan against that.

Will I be understood if I only speak English?

Yes. An English-speaking coordinator is on site and the doctors speak conversational English. The consultation is run so that nothing is agreed until you have understood it.

How do prices at a Seoul skin clinic work?

Most clinics quote per shot, per cc or per session, and prices are usually shown excluding 10% VAT. Ours are published in full on this site in Korean won, VAT excluded, so you know the order of magnitude before you book a flight.

Is there a tax refund for foreign patients?

No. Korea's medical tax refund scheme for foreign patients has ended, at every clinic in the country. A clinic still advertising one is quoting a scheme that no longer exists.

What makes HOMMAGE different from other skin clinics in Gangnam?

Two things you can verify rather than take on trust. Every doctor here is a woman, which matters most for the intimate-care side of the clinic. And the same clinic runs lifting, laser, body and women's care under one roof, so you are not referred between clinics.
