What it is

Total Erase is HOMMAGE's signature wrinkle programme. Rather than one product for every line, each wrinkle is read by what is causing it — muscle movement, lost volume, thinning skin or descent — and treated with the tool that answers that cause. Most plans combine two or three.

Why one tool is not enough

A frown line made by muscle responds to toxin. A fold made by lost volume needs filler or collagen stimulation. Thin, creased skin needs regeneration, and a line deepened by sagging needs lifting. Using one of these for all four leaves the other three causes untreated.

How a plan is made

The consultation goes zone by zone. Injectables can often be done the same day; regeneration and device work run as a short course. Toxin is repeated within three to four months if you want the effect to continue.

Forehead

Horizontal lines that form with expression and deepen with repeated frowning.

Glabella

Vertical lines between the brows, made by frowning in concentration or under stress.

Nasolabial folds

The fold running from the nose to the outer lip, most visible when you smile.

Marionette lines

The line from the corner of the mouth down towards the chin, deepening as the face descends.

Neck

Horizontal bands across the neck, from habitually tucking the chin or from ageing.
